We use HR 2.5 high-density foam in all of our seat cushions. This is a commercial grade foam that holds its shape over time and comes with a 10-year warranty, far outperforming the foam found in most retail furniture.

For back cushions and pillows, we primarily use Trilium fiber - a synthetic alternative to goose down. Trillium gives you that soft, plush feel without the allergens. Its hypoallergenic, holds its shape well, and is our top recommendation for comfort. We can also use poly fill depending on the look and feel you prefer.

We source our fabrics through Michael Jon Designs, Charlotte, and Morgan. These fabric lines offer a wide range of textures, colors, and finishes suited for both modern and classic styles.

Turnaround time varies depending on the piece and current workload, but most custom builds are completed within 3-6 weeks from initial deposit. Feel free to reach out for an update on your custom build!

Yes. We offer white glove delivery in partnership with Anthony's Furniture — your piece is brought to you and set up in your space so it's perfect from day one. Delivery details and any associated fees will be confirmed at the time of your order.

Yes. We require a deposit to begin production on your custom piece. The deposit amount and payment structure will be discussed during your consultation. We accept all major payment methods including ACH bank transfer for larger orders.
